Can you work on multiple computers in one visit?
Yes,When you pay for 1 hour of service we will help you with any and all problems or questions. We Do Not charge per computer, our work is always a flat rate for any service provided.
How long until you can help me at my home?
We are usually available within 24-48 hours of initial contact, and if possible The Help Button will be glad attend to your problems that same day!

Yes! For your convenience we accept all payments through Paypal for an Additional $3.50 service charge, which can be transacted at the time of service.

What happens if your service takes 1.5 hours?
After the first 15 minutes of each new hour we do charge the full hourly rate. Anytime less than 15 minutes passed the hour will not cause you to be charged for any extra time.
Do you Charge a Diagnostic Fee?
No,when we come on site we will fix your problem, and or give you the option to continue our service once the extremities of the issue have been decided(though any previous work is still chargeable). We respect your business and care that you are satisfied with our work. We realize that problems occur and system reformatting, removal of bugs/viruses, and or replacement of items maybe necessary, but they will always be at your choice. Every case has different circumstances but we will give you every available option and let you make the best choice to fit your needs.
